Hi! I'm Lindsey Barkley, and I'm thrilled to be Addison's new STEM teacher! I've had the privilege of teaching at Addison for the past 13 years, including the last seven years teaching 5th grade science. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Early Childhood Education, along with a Specialist degree in Instructional Technology. I love creating hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help students discover the excitement of STEM through exploring, designing, and problem-solving. Addison has been my home for my entire teaching career, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a supportive school community. I can't wait to begin this new adventure and inspire a love of STEM in all of our students!
